First of all, we would like to make it very clear that light aviation flights are never a 100% guaranteed certainty!

While the aircraft we will be using is well equipped and the pilots highly qualified, it simply cannot fly in all weather in the way that commercial jets can.

For this reason, the meal is susceptible to be cancelled right up until the morning of the event.

 

Cancellations

All payments are strictly non-refundable for the simple reason that we have to pay for the plane and the pilots.

It goes without saying that if the flight is cancelled due to weather or any other operational reason, all payments will be refunded in full.

If the meal were to be cancelled, the airfield has an excellent restaurant on site which would be happy to serve you up a (less spicy!) alternative meal.
